Call Center Representative – Immediate Opening

Pay: $20 per hour

Monday – Friday 9am‑6pm, Albany, NY.

Contract to Hire based in Albany, NY. Hybrid work model.

We are contracted with the Department of Health, fielding calls from Medicaid Providers in NY. The role involves answering inquiries related to Medicaid enrollment and billing.

• Respond to provider inquiries directed to the CSC Call Center, offering telephone assistance related to online business applications (claims, eligibility, web‑enabled self‑service, and technical inquiries).
• Record, track, and monitor call information using the call tracking/CRM application, including ticket follow‑up, assignment, and escalation as needed.
• Process customer requests using various tools (desktop faxing, web self‑help, IVR support), including fax dissemination, returning voice messages, sending mail documents, etc.

• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
