We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. This role involves processing telephone orders, completing associated paperwork, stocking ingredients, and maintaining a clean facility. The store offers growth opportunities, including potential advancement to management positions.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and advance to franchise ownership or management roles, progressing from customer service representative to General Manager or corporate operations positions.

• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately, using a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Demonstrate motor coordination to perform rapid, precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces or tools ranging from the oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking – Walkways include ceramic tile and bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Work surfaces height between 36 and 48 inches.
• Lifting – Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb) are unloaded by hand truck. Cases of ingredient supplies weigh up to 50 lb and may be stacked up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying – Carry large cans (3 lb, 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally carry pizza sauce (30 lb) from the storage room to the front. Trays of pizza dough (12 lb per tray) carried three at a time over short distances.
• Climbing – Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance. Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Workers may need to flex shoulders and maintain a forward bending posture (30‑45 s) repeatedly throughout the day.
• Crouching/Squatting – Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching – Reach upward, forward, and downward continuously to perform tasks such as turning oven controls, changing price signs, scooping cornmeal, washing dishes, obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, and answering phones. Occasionally reach above 72 inches.
• Hand tasks – Continuous use of hands requiring eye‑hand coordination. Frequently manipulate pizza dough, pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembly of cardboard pizza boxes requiring forceful forearm and wrist use. Must grasp cans, phones, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Machines, tools, equipment, work aids – Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
