Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and guide them through arrivals and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs;
Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, and reservations;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;
Assist ramp agents to prepare wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival delivery;
Push wheelchairs with passengers and maintain safety procedures and policies
