Job SummaryWe are seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee and lead our client service team. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in client service or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve client service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the client service team in delivering top-notch service to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and onboard new client service team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Must have Stop Loss experience.
- Must have three years plus of TPA experience.
- KPI's and target goals.

Must live in the Tri State Area: (NY, NJ, CT). This is a high-volume role.
