PDS Management Services is seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist ready to step into a busy, well-established Albany practice with strong production, excellent staff, and modern systems that support high-level care.

This role is ideal for a clinician who wants consistent earnings, autonomy, and access to advanced technology - without the headaches of ownership.

• Daily Pay: $1,500 - $1,900 per day (based on experience)
• Consistently earn $1,500+ per day
• Annual Earning Potential:
• • Part-Time (2-3 days/week): ~$180,000 - $240,000
  • Full-Time (4-5 days/week): ~$300,000 - $350,000+
• Compensation based on percentage of collectible production

• Full-Time: $6,000
• Part-Time: $3,500

• Comprehensive pediatric dentistry
• Pulp and crowns, extractions, space maintainers
• Orthodontics, laser dentistry, conscious sedation
• Outpatient pediatric procedures

• Active New York Dental License
• Pediatric dentistry experience preferred
• Strong clinical efficiency and patient communication
• Experience with Dentrix (or other dental software) and digital records
