Dental Surgical Assistant

Join a dedicated surgical team as a Dental Surgical Assistant, providing support in advanced oral and maxillofacial procedures.

• Preparing surgical operatories, instruments, and patient charts for procedures
• Assisting chairside during surgeries such as wisdom teeth removal, implants, and bone grafts
• Supporting surgeons and anesthesia teams, monitoring patient comfort, and assisting with recovery
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control standards
• Capturing digital images, documenting clinical procedures, and educating patients on pre- and post-operative care
• Managing supplies and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient surgical days

• Experience in dental or oral surgery assisting, with familiarity in surgical extractions, implants, and sedation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications and CPR/BLS required
• Strong understanding of sterilization, infection control, and patient care
• Excellent communication, organization, and dependability; ability to work well within a team
• Calm, confident, and compassionate approach to patient care
