We are seeking a motivated Project Architect or Architectural Designer with 3–7 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience developing clear and coordinated drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and a working understanding of the design and construction process from early planning through construction administration.
This person should be organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, or institutional projects is a plus.
Responsibilities- Prepare architectural plans, drawings, details, and documentation that clearly communicate design intent.
- Assist with project development from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal team members.
- Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Participate in site visits, field observations, and construction phase coordination.
- Review drawings and documentation for quality, accuracy, code compliance, and coordination.
- Contribute to creative, practical, and technically sound design solutions.
- Licensed and non-licensed candidates that meet the following qualifications will be considered.
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 3–7 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational skills, communication, problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with building codes, construction documentation, and consultant coordination.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Salary Range: $58,000-$75,000 based on experience and architect license status.
