- 72 months experience leading and executing user research initiatives; translating research findings into actionable design recommendations; in collaboration tools (e.g., Jira), user research platforms (e.g., , Lookback), survey tools (e.g., Survey Monkey, Typeform), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic statistical software), and collaboration tools for sharing insights (e.g., Miro, Mural). 7.5 10
