The LiRo Group is seeking a BIM Manager to join our Engineering & Design team within our Construction practice. In this role, you will lead BIM strategy, standards, and execution across civil and building infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, implementing clash detection and model QA/QC, and mentoring project teams on best practices. You will collaborate closely with engineering, construction management, and technology groups to drive innovation, improve constructability, and support digital delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects.
- Lead BIM execution planning and coordinate models for multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects.
- Manage federated models, conduct clash detection, and oversee model QA/QC.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to improve constructability and digital delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support project teams in BIM/VDC tools and best practices.
- Coordinate model exchanges with external consultants, contractors, and clients.

- D modeling, quantity takeoffs, and design reviews as needed.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate BIM processes with project management and document control systems.
- Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and process improvement in digital design.
