We are growing fast to meet the needs of our community. Albany ENT and Allergy will soon be opening our newest state-of-the-art clinical practice site serving the Saratoga Springs community. We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to support our growing patient population.

General and sub-specialty opportunities are available. This opening will be based in our flagship office in the heart of Albany.

Albany ENT & Allergy Services offers a collegial, supportive environment with experienced expertise, extensive ENT services (including allergy, audiology, speech pathology, on-site CT, and in-office procedures), ongoing investment in leading-edge technology with involvement in clinical trials, an onsite ambulatory surgery center, walk-in urgent care, and a clear path to partnership and ownership of the ambulatory surgery center. • Provide otolaryngology care to a growing patient population, with opportunities in general and subspecialty practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Engage in ongoing clinical trials and utilize onsite technology for patient care.
• Help shape practice policy and contribute to the direction of the ambulatory surgery center.
• Participate in the possibility of partnership and ownership opportunities within the ambulatory surgery center.

• Board-certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery

The starting salary for this position is $350,000, with potential earnings up to $399,000 in year 1 when factoring in bonus and benefits. Compensation grows in subsequent years with additional bonus eligibility, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear pathway to partnership. A detailed compensation range and projections will be shared during the interview process.
