Location: City of Albany
Assistant Medical Director (BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) – Primary Care – Albany, NY Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time position (5 days/week) in skilled nursing facilities
- Flexible weekday rounding schedule – no nights or weekends
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight to advanced practice clinicians
- Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case review processes
- Estimated annual compensation: $273,488 – $318,186 (uncapped productivity)
- Monthly leadership stipend included

- Conduct patient assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and adjust care plans

- Participate in the Medical Director Leadership Academy and shared savings programs
- Must reside within 30 minutes of Albany and work onsite 5 days per week
- Located in New York’s Capital Region, 150 miles north of NYC
