SPED Teacher's Aide

Smart Start Education, LLC is seeking a SPED Teacher's Aide to support K-12 students with special needs in school settings. In this role, you'll assist special education teachers with classroom management, small-group and one-on-one instruction, accommodations, behavior support, and progress monitoring. You will help implement IEP goals, prepare learning materials, and use formative assessment data to reinforce skills. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and collaborative, committed to improving student outcomes and building strong relationships with teachers, students, and school staff in a mission-driven environment.
