Youth Development Professional

As a SACC Youth Development Professional with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, you'll create a safe, engaging after school environment where youth can learn and grow. You will lead structured programs that support academic success, including homework help and enrichment, promote healthy lifestyles through physical activity and wellness education, and foster character and leadership via mentoring and service projects.

In partnership with Club staff and families, you'll provide consistent supervision, model positive behavior, and help young people build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.
