GENERAL REQUIREMENTSOur ideal candidate should have;
- Teaching Assistant or Teacher New York State Certification.
- Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.
- Creativity and insight into core curriculum.
- Middle school level teaching and support experience.
- Experience with students with varying abilities, solid organizational skills and willingness to facilitate hands-on activities.
According to the South Colonie Teaching Assistant Contract at least $28,838.00 depending on experience and transcripts. Competitive benefits.
