Construction Project Manager

We’re partnering with a growing energy infrastructure and building performance organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex MEP construction and energy retrofit projects across government, institutional, healthcare, higher education, and commercial facilities.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects that directly improve energy efficiency, modernize critical infrastructure, and deliver measurable savings for clients.

• Lead the implementation of HVAC retrofits, building controls upgrades, electrical improvements, central plant modernization, and other energy conservation projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, commissioning activities, and client relationships from project kickoff through closeout
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field conditions to ensure projects meet technical and performance requirements
• Coordinate commissioning, measurement & verification activities, and operational handoffs
• Oversee multiple subcontractor trades while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations

• 5+ years of Project Management or Project Engineering experience within construction
• Strong MEP knowledge including HVAC, BAS/BMS controls, electrical distribution, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Ability to travel as required throughout project locations
• Eligible to obtain federal/government security clearance

• Energy Performance Contracting (ESPC) or Guaranteed Savings projects
• Commissioning (Cx) or Retro-Commissioning (RCx)
• Measurement & Verification (IPMVP)
• Federal, municipal, healthcare, higher education, or institutional facilities experience
