“Package Management” is the primary methodology Exyte employs after our Design team of System Engineers substantially complete the Basis of Design (BoD)/Conceptual Design. The entire project scope is divided into separate “Packages” — discrete scopes of work that are designed, bid, and awarded to sub-contractors. Package Owners are assigned to lead and manage a cross‑functional Package Team in all aspects of a Package (both Design Package and related Work Packages) through project completion.
