Electrical Engineer

A full-service design firm with locations in several cities in New York is looking to add an Electrical Engineer to the team. This organization is a multidisciplinary firm supporting public and private sector projects through thoughtful, high‑quality engineering solutions. Teams work closely with clients and internal partners to deliver efficient, compliant, and well‑coordinated building designs. • Design complete electrical building systems including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Prepare clear and accurate drawings, specifications, and calculations using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to define goals, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform site evaluations, code analysis, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate and maintain electrical models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project management efforts and provide technical review of engineering documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of electrical design experience within an architectural or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for building systems design.
• EIT certification required;
  Professional Engineer licensure preferred or active pursuit of licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team leader.
