• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
• Optimize processes across fluid handling, etc.
• Lead projects tied to new equipment and line improvements
• Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives using data
• Partner with operations to improve throughput and efficiency

• Strong understanding of pipes, pumps, and processing systems
• Engineering degree required
• 3–5+ years of experience
• Leadership mindset – someone who enjoys mentoring and developing others
• NOT a packaging‑focused background
