PLUG POWER INC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to independently handle process improvement initiatives and tooling projects. The candidate will manage multiple projects, mentor Level I engineers, and lead Lean/Kaizen events.
Responsibilities include owning manufacturing processes, leading root-cause analysis, and conducting job hazard assessments. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of related experience are required.
