Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team dedicated to operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage engineering personnel, drive improvements in manufacturing processes, and work collaboratively across functions.
The position requires significant hands-on experience in manufacturing with a focus on Lean methodologies. Ideal applicants will have at least 8 years in operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Competitive salary range is $97-130k based on qualifications, plus benefits.
