Position Overview
In this role, you will lead the installation, optimization, and maintenance of High NA EUV Track equipment to ensure flawless process integration. This is a place for curiosity, experimentation, and real impact as we advance the next generation of semiconductor devices!
Responsibilities- Lead equipment hardware projects and installations, partnering with suppliers and facilities to meet future process requirements.
- Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes to meet performance, defect, and cost targets for new memory parts.
- Identify and resolve equipment-related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologies.
- Design preventative maintenance schedules and programs to increase equipment uptime and reliability.
- Evaluate and qualify new photo film materials and equipment configurations to support technology scaling.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima while protecting Micron’s intellectual property.
- Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations to contribute to the advancement of departmental goals.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenance.
- Demonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematic diagrams.
- Experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC) to resolve assembly process issues.
- Experience in technology development or R&D fab environments.
- Background in DRAM track process optimization and process integration flow.
- Technical leadership experience in a consortium or multi‑company environment.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $90,000.00 - $ a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
