Rapidus Corporation is seeking a Standard Cell / GPIO Design Engineer to join the Foundation IP Design Team. This role focuses on standard cell and GPIO development for the 2 nm technology node, with emphasis on synthesis and place-and-route integration.
You will collaborate with process, DTCO, and enablement teams to deliver high-performance IP, perform transistor-level design and HSPICE simulations, and support model generation for timing and power.
