Our client is an established engineering, construction management, and design-build organization delivering complex building infrastructure, MEP, energy efficiency, and modernization projects across healthcare, higher education, institutional, commercial, and public-sector environments.
They are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team while providing technical leadership, project oversight, resource planning, and senior-level client leadership across complex MEP, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Working directly with the President and senior leadership, this individual will play an important role in connecting engineering with construction and overall project delivery while helping shape the continued development of the engineering organization.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for an accomplished engineering professional who wants to move beyond traditional department management and build toward broader organizational leadership over time.
