• Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and proactively develop and recommend innovative solutions for complex investment-related transactions and service inquiries.

  Oversee and optimize operational workflows, manage cash balances, facilitate private banking services, and ensure meticulous execution of transactions, adhering to the highest standards of compliance and risk mitigation.
• Onboarding & Integration: Lead the seamless onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, resolving time-sensitive issues and educating potential new clients on our comprehensive reporting and digital capabilities.
