Position Summary

As a Wealth Planner on this team, you will be a trusted partner to some of the most complex, multi-generational families in the region, working alongside senior advisors who are among the best in the business.
You will gain hands‑on exposure to the full spectrum of family‑office services, including financial planning, tax strategy, investment analysis, trust and estate coordination, and direct client relationships. - Client Service & Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional personalized service, track and organize client requests, maintain confidentiality, and support the holistic needs of UHNW families across multiple generations and entities. - Operations & Coordination:
Process account openings, funding, electronic check deposits, money movements, and custodial paperwork across multiple family accounts; coordinate with clients’ external advisors to organize documents; prepare client meeting materials; manage client communications with precision. - Technology & Process Management:
Manage and update the firm’s CRM; learn wealth‑management platforms for portfolio management, performance reporting, and billing; support implementation of new processes and technology solutions. - Financial Planning & Technical Support:
Provide comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning, and tax services to high‑net‑worth individuals; prepare customized financial exhibits, tax projections, and income tax returns; collaborate with specialists; support complex family‑office structures, including trusts and multi‑entity reporting.
- 2–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, accounting, tax preparation, or a family‑office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Prior family‑office experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Tax and accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
- Understanding of family‑office structures, trust administration, and multi‑generational wealth management is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and high email volume.
- Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; proactively identify needs, solutions, and take ownership.
- Detail‑oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong team player with a “We” mentality.
- Independently resourceful and inquisitive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional contexts.
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem‑solving and client service.
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000
