Role Responsibilities

• The Sr. Health Consulting Actuary(Taft-Hartley) willlead and support Health & Group Benefits engagements, managing complex client projects and relationships while delivering actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financials, benefit strategy, and vendor selection/management.
• This role will oversee end-to-end marketing and vendor searches across all coverage lines while contributing to business development and prospect presentations.
• The Sr. Health Consulting Actuary (Taft-Hartley) will focus on the review and refinement of analysis and reports produced by the actuarial team, ensuring rigorous project tracking and peer review.
• This role is entrusted to prepare and present results and recommendations to clients for consideration.

• 10+ years of H&W multiemployer consulting experience
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Superior leadership and client engagement skills
• FSA designation
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
