Specialist Extractor - Onsite

10 is currently seeking a Part-Time Financial Adminfor an Onsite position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Albany, NY. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

Under direct supervision, this role focuses on the execution of basic processing work following defined procedures. The Financial Adminis responsible for routine operational and administrative work within various banking areas, including credit cards, retail banking, and consumer lending, and escalates any issues as needed. This is a part-time position requiring 20 to 30 hours per week.

• Administer defined procedures, analyses, tasks, and report preparation for documentation associated with a product or process
• Perform basic routine tasks as assigned by the manager
• Open mail and extract paper invoices/checks
• Properly sort non-payment documents for processing
• Accurately batch work and communicate issues to the Workflow Coordinator or Supervisor
• Cross-train in other functional areas such as mail sort, keying, reassociation, and data entry
• Complete work by following clearly defined procedures

• 0-1 years of experience with working knowledge of the business or general office skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Works well with others in a fully developed team environment
• Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy
• Proven ability to handle monetary/processing functions independently and manage high transaction volumes accurately
• Effective verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
• Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulations

• College degree
