• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, tailored to the client's needs.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring safety as they move throughout their homes.
• Help manage household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor clients’ health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services and changes in clients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification and/or training from an approved program ideal but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
