Community Based Chaplain

Part time

Day Shift

• Travel to patient homes daily to offer chaplaincy
• Provide accurate documentation regarding visits
• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Theology, Pastoral Care, or Spirituality is required
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in chaplaincy or pastoral experience, preferably in healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge regarding family dynamics, issues of death and dying
• Proficient software skills
• Reliable transportation required to cover counties across the Capital Region
• Palliative or Hospice experience and/or equivalent education in pastoral ministry is preferred
