Capital Cardiology Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Holter Monitor Technician to join our growing cardiovascular team. This role plays a vital part in supporting physicians with accurate cardiac rhythm monitoring and ensuring patients feel confident and informed throughout the process.

The Holter Technician is responsible for the placement, processing, and preliminary analysis of ambulatory cardiac monitors including Holter, event monitors, patch monitors, and MCOT devices. This role requires technical accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Apply and remove Holter, event, and patch monitors accurately
- Provide clear patient education on monitor use and troubleshooting
- Download, scan, and process cardiac rhythm data
- Identify and flag significant rhythm abnormalities for provider review
- Ensure proper documentation in the EMR
- Verify accurate charge capture and ensure appropriate billing documentation is completed
- Maintain monitor inventory and equipment functionality
- Coordinate with clinical staff regarding urgent findings
- Experience in cardiology, EKG interpretation, or cardiac diagnostics preferred
- Knowledge of arrhythmias and cardiac rhythms strongly preferred
- Ability to analyze and process ambulatory monitor data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma required
- Certified EKG Technician (CET) or equivalent a plus

- Hourly rate: $20-$22/hour based on experience and qualifications.
