• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Coronary Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following counties:

  Fulton County, NY, USA;
  Greene County, NY;

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Health Trust Program - Albany Medical Center (AMC) and no current placement allowed at Program:

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:
