Trinity Health is seeking a Full-Time Hospice Chaplain to join our Community Hospice Albany/Rensselaer County team. You will provide spiritual care, emotional support, and bereavement guidance to patients and families facing serious illness, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized plans.
The role requires a Master’s degree in Theology or related field and 1–3 years of chaplaincy or pastoral care experience. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.
