This is a full-time, on-site role located in Albany, NY, for a Hotel General Manager. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the property runs efficiently and maintains high service standards. Responsibilities include leading and supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating with departments such as food and beverage, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Experience in General Management and Business Management to oversee hotel operations, lead a team, and ensure performance goals are met.
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to monitor expenses, allocate resources effectively, and maximize profitability.
• Knowledge of continental Breakfast ensuring quality and compliance with health standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role required.
• Familiarity with property management systems and hospitality software is advantageous.
