As the HR Agency Partner
, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Will serve as a subject area expert for one or more Human Resources Disciplines; provides guidance and support to other HRAP’s; completes special projects and assignments related to the area of expertise.
Maintains an on-site presence at each designated agency.
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Director of Human Resources and legal counsel as needed/required.

HR Agency Partner Salary: $ 62,353.20 annually

HR Agency Partner Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hours/week)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field
SHRM Certified Professional preferred
3-5 years of experience working with a diverse population
Department Specific:
Knowledgeable of local, state and federal employment law and compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Experience resolving complex employee relations matters.
Working knowledge of workplace health and safety matters including COVID-19 and NYS HERO Act.
Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
