PMO Functional Liaison

Required Skills:

PMO experience, Jira/ALM tools, experience with client deliverables/documentation, attention to detail, Microsoft Suite expertise
Responsibilities:

• Liaisons work with the project team tracks to maintain adherence to client/PMO standards and quality.
• work on enabling PMO processes, reporting, deliverable submissions and quality reviews, project planning, team management, communication, and administrative tasks.
• Quality Assurance/Quality control on functional design documents (running checklists, maintaining files) in preparation for submission to the client
• Provide PMO team with weekly updates to project work plan
• Track status of work products/deliverables
• Distribute/provide weekly account-wide communications to the project team
• Complete change request documentation by working with the functional and PMO teams
• Contribute to bi-weekly status updates
• Monitor RAID and maintain design tickets in Jira
• Attend client meetings and support meeting minutes in client format with timely distribution
• Support PMO to make sure team is in compliance with required trainings and client standards
