L3 Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst this qualification.
• Over 7 years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including:
  Conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions;
  Analyzing requirements gathered;
  Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment;
  Preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.
• Over 7 years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with customers, technical team, and other Business Analysts.

• Over 5 years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, case management, and financial management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, & Child Care.
• Over 7 years of experience leading requirements gathering and analysis. Proven track record in documenting CI/CD specifications and preparing technical proposals for best-fit technology solutions
• 7 years of experience implementing web-based, client-facing applications.
• Over 7 years of developing JIRA boards, Sprint planning, use cases, user stories, screen prototypes, specifications, and experience with requirements management tool similar to Blueprint.
• 5 years' experience playing multiple roles – such as Business analyst & tester. Assisting with plan, roadmaps, sprint planning and working on initiative assigned by reporting manager.
