DevOps Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to design, manage, and optimize hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on‑premises systems and AWS cloud platforms. This individual will play a critical role in modernizing infrastructure, supporting containerized workloads, and ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on expertise in networking, infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, and automation technologies.

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise networking and infrastructure solutions
• Lead and support on‑premises deployments, including networking, storage, and server configurations
• Build, manage, and optimize AWS‑based environments
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Manage and optimize data platforms including Postgre
  
  SQL and Elasticsearch
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar automation tools
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable deployments
• Ensure infrastructure follows security best practices and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues across hybrid environments

• 7+ years of experience in networking and infrastructure technologies
• Hands‑on experience with:
• AWS
• Docker
• Elasticsearch
• Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience operating in hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to operate independently and in cross‑functional teams
• Passion for automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence
• Clear communication skills and ability to document architecture and processes
