Hourly Rate: $60 to $75/hour

We are seeking a "Part time" Business Analyst to support our NYS client with a healthcare-focused Provider Procurement initiative. This role will assist in documenting business and technical requirements, analyzing provider business processes, and developing procurement documentation for a Provider Management Module. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare systems experience and enterprise IT knowledge.

• Document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module RFP.
• Assess current state provider business processes and translate current state into future state business processes or requirements.
• Perform market research and provide insights into provider management systems and business processes across the country.
• Draft Provider module key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable business outcomes.
• Support meetings with stakeholders to solicit feedback on requirements and RFP content.
• Assist with developing an implementation strategy and timeline to implement a provider management module.
• Develop bidder questions based on the RFP scope and requirements.
• Develop high-quality and grammatically correct RFP content.
• Assist with meeting coordination including scheduling, agenda development, and meeting minute documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with large-scale healthcare solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in general IT systems, including formal training or education.
• 3+ years of experience working on enterprise systems or projects.

• Master’s degree.
• Certifications and experience with process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, or Kanban.
• Certifications or experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL, or similar frameworks.
