Qualifications- Level II - Between 4 and 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 4-7 years’ experience as a PMO Project Manager supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system, with proven experience in data conversion, modeling, working with legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience managing a program budget of at least $100 million.
- 4-7 years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting.
- 5 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- 1-2 years of experience working with technical teams, data analysts, integration partners, and leading technical discussions.
- 4-5 years of experience with Agile development and technical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Current PMP or other project management certification through PMI.
