Job Description

Pay Range: $22hr - $26hr

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience analyzing and validating data from multiple data sources.
• Experience maintaining and running data pipeline processes.
• Experience performing database maintenance and mapping existing databases.
• Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries.
• Experience providing technical support and user training.

• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to support reporting and operational needs.
• Maintain and improve contact databases and related data assets.
• Run and consolidate ad hoc reports for internal teams.
• Maintain and support data pipelines feeding centralized data repositories.
• Research, create, and maintain documentation for data assets and systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely installation of required software and hardware.
• Provide general computer support to staff.
• Train staff on data tools, processes, and best practices.
• Assist with special assignments and projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with complex databases.
• Experience communicating with consumers, providers, and staff.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.

• Data analysis and reporting.
• Database maintenance and documentation.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Technical training and user support.
• Data pipeline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
