Location:
Albany, NY –Hybrid –Resource is expected to be onsite 2 days per week

- Business Analysis & Documentation
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows
- Document current-state and future-state workflows
- Create, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
- Support strategic initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable documentation and processes
- Data Analysis & SQL Development
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Tableau
- Translate analytical findings into business insights and requirements
- Document analytical approaches, assumptions, data sources, logic, and analytical methodologies
- Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding data outputs
- Align business needs with data solutions and reporting capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
- Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy programs, Medicaid, Long-Term Care (LTC), or EVV environments
- Experience developing SOPs and operational documentation
- Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, or ETL processes
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or data analytics certifications)
