Location:
Onsite in Albany, NY
These resources will support the ITS non‑dedicated team CTO employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing, and refreshing computer equipment. Including desktops, laptops, docking stations, phones, iPad & Apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.
Qualifications36 - 60 Months:
Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.
- 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon
- 24 Months Customer service experience
- 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners)
- 12 Months Asset management experience
- 12 months ITSM experience
