Job Overview
AZH Consulting Corp is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Architect / Administrator to support enterprise-level Oracle Financials environments for a New York State government engagement with the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS).This is a 24-month engagement based in Albany, NY (State-wide support), requiring deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x architecture, database administration, system migrations, custom integrations, and Kofax Mark View support.
The ideal candidate will lead mission-critical initiatives involving system upgrades, performance optimization, platform migrations, and ongoing operational support across complex, multi-platform environments.

* • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS 12.1.x / 12.2.x environments
* • Manage Applications Tier architecture including:
* • Web, Forms, and Concurrent Processing tiers
* • Perform system maintenance using:
* • Auto Config
* • ADPATCH
* • ADOP (Online Patching)
* • ADCONFIG
* • Configure and maintain:
* • Load balancers
* • Reverse proxy
* • DMZ architectures
* • Implement and manage:
* • SSL / TLS encryption
* • OAuth authentication mechanisms
* • Ensure secure configurations across application and database tiers
* • Support compliance with NYS security standards and policies
* • Administer Oracle databases supporting EBS (R12.x)
* • Perform database upgrades:
* • 10g → 11g → 12c → 19c
* • Manage Oracle ASM:
* • Tablespaces
* • Disk allocation
* • Storage optimization
* • Monitor and tune database performance
* • Lead migrations across:
* • Linux, Solaris, Windows, AIX
* • Perform system performance analysis using:
* • iostat, vmstat, top
* • Utilize file and system tools:
* • tar, zip
* • Analyze system resource utilization:
* • CPU, memory, disk
* • Develop and maintain custom extensions (including NYS-specific customizations)
* • Ensure compatibility during:
* • Upgrades
* • Migrations
* • Support integrations with:
* • Oracle Financials modules
* • External systems
* • Support and maintain Kofax Mark View
* • Ensure integration with:
* • Purchasing
* • Accounts Payable
* • Coordinate with Kofax support for issue resolution
* • Manage system stability during maintenance cycles
* • Manage backups using Comm Vault
* • Clone environments (Production → Dev/Test)
* • Restore systems to specific points in time
* • Validate backup and recovery processes
* • Support environments during:
* • AIX OS patching cycles
* • Oracle EBS patching
* • Ensure system availability post-maintenance
* • Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams
