Job Responsibilities
- Proven production experience on customer-facing, large-scale applications (not small one‑off tools).
- Prefer candidates with production experience on large‑scale, customer‑facing applications at known companies rather than small internal tools.
- Strong CS fundamentals and architecture (SOLID, scalability, maintainability).
- Solid experience with state management and front‑end tooling.
- Evaluate code quality, real‑world impact, and ability to scale.
- Avoid under qualified people who introduce long‑term maintenance problems.
