Menands, New York. Duration: 12 months. Job - 26 - 12050. Client: NY State - Office of Mental Health.

In-Person interview mandatory in Albany, NY if selected for second-round interview.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience
At least 5 years SMART on FHIR experience
100% onsite
Frontend Development:
React SPA, iframe-based app design, responsive, secure, performant web applications, compatible with EHR iFrame environments (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
Backend Development:
Secure backend service handling OAuth
2.0 authorization, manage frontend data delivery and optional user sessions securely
Secure Token & API handling: OAuth2 Authorization Code Flow with PKCE, token refresh, access scope enforcement, secure API interactions, CORS policies, CSRF protection
EHR Workflow Integration Awareness: launch and embed SMART on FHIR applications within EHR platforms, iframe behavior, patient context switching, workflow limitations, EHR launch flow implementation

QL experience, caching strategies, building multi-stage Docker images for container deployment in Kubernetes
