• Monitoring legal changes that could influence civil and criminal litigation, assessing their implications on FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
• Researching commercial industry advancements to identify technology and best practices applicable to improving FBI Discovery.
• Evaluating proposed solutions to ensure they effectively address existing requirements.
• Conducting tests of system updates or patches prior to rollout to guarantee functionality.
• Advising on the identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for civil litigation, criminal matters, FOIA requests, Congressional inquiries, and other external investigations.
• Monitoring daily separation reports to ensure proper preservation of materials subject to legal holds.
• Updating and creating standard operating procedures for the eDiscovery role.
• Providing expert technical support on electronic discovery applications and demonstrating strong legal knowledge in the field.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support with a client‑centric focus.
• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with eDiscovery technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and agile work environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of eDiscovery services across all aspects of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience, with a JD highly preferred.
