As a Salesforce Functional Patient Services Delivery Manager within the Life Sciences sector, you will flourish in a collaborative environment where your creative and analytical skills can truly shine. • Lead the implementation of  solutions, providing direction and assessing engagement performance to navigate risks and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and manage plans to ensure client expectations align with the value delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain an integrated project plan that captures all project milestones and dependencies, adjusting resource allocation as needed.
• Facilitate the definition and prioritization of business and functional requirements.
• Oversee quality management processes, conduct milestone reviews, and analyze potential risks to enhance project performance.
• Manage program financials and strategize resource allocation effectively.
• Share best practices in solution positioning and delivery methodologies.
• Build and sustain high-performing project teams.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including participation in sales calls and proposal development.

Travel requirements for this role may range from 0% to 100% based on business and client needs.

• 8+ years in a Salesforce Delivery or Functional lead role, including Project Management, Business Analysis, and Technology implementations across Cloud/CRM projects.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Patient services within the Life Sciences sector.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years for candidates without a degree).

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) and their application in Life Sciences commercial solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or other pharma/biotech CRM platforms.
• Experience executing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong adaptability to dynamic work settings and collaborative projects.
• Customer-oriented with exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Background in Cloud Computing solutions and strategy, design, integration, and management.
• Experience managing multi-shore projects.
• PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Salesforce and cloud platform certifications are a plus.
• Executive-level sales support experience within consulting services.
