UI/UX Developer

Location ::
Albany, NY 12223 (50% on site and 50% remote)

Duration :: 17+ months (with opportunity for extension)

• 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist.
• More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).
• Four (4) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
• Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in supervising employees.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human‑computer interaction or design related field.

• Managing a team of junior designers.
• Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
• Planning and conducting user research, and explaining results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing user models and scenarios.
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows.
• Creating and iterating on prototypes.
• Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience.
• Assisting with content development.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
