We are hiring for our next AV Support Technician to work onsite in Albany, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Conference Room AV Equipment Management
- Manage Cisco video bars and associated View Sonic hardware
- Train users on operating Cisco Video Rooms
- Create simple user guides and/or cheat sheets for non-technical staff
- Provide onsite training sessions to new employees as needed
- Assist with the operation of Cisco Video Rooms during meetings and live events
- Assist with the operation of View Sonic interactive displays
- Support hybrid/virtual meetings with Webex and Microsoft Teams
- Provide on-the-spot technical support for presenters and participants
- Record or stream events, webinars, and meetings
- Test Cisco Video Rooms to ensure functionality before events or meetings
- Minimum of 2yrs of experience in a technician role installing, troubleshooting, and managing av equipment in a professional setting
- 1 yr of experience providing technical support to users for conference needs
- Experience with conference room setups, specifically Cisco and View Sonic
- Experience creating technical guides for non-technical users
This is an onsite position in Albany with occasional travel to other facilities around the state (10-15%).
