Contract:
12+ months
Client: DOH
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting large scale software systems or applications.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing large scale business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
- 8+ years of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes.
- 8+ years of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
- 8+ years of experience researching, reviewing, and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
- 8+ years of experience working with Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid, including Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
- Bachelor’s degree required – please submit copies of certificate.
